    Live traffic hasn’t displayed any traffic detail at all since upgrading to version 7 onwards.

    The only cache plugin I use is Breeze which is required for my Varnish setup.

    I will send a diagnostic log to scottm [at] wordfence [dot] com to save some time and will attach this ticket URL to it.

    Can anybody provide an update on this? I’m close to moving over to WP Cerber at this point unfortunately.

    Sorry for the late reply. If you can’t see any Live Traffic the first thing would be to check the browser console to see if there are any errors there. If you’re not familiar with that, we have a little bit of info on it here in our documentation.

    It may be a conflict with another plugin then. You can try the Health Check plugin to deactivate all plugins except Wordfence to see if that fixes it. The Health Check plugin only deactivates plugins for the logged in admin, so your visitors aren’t affected.

    Unfortunately health check kept bringing my site down with error 500 so I had to create a staging site and disable plugins one by one.
    I finally got to WooCommerce Product Feed Pro (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/) and the live traffic section started populating again.

    Strangely this only stopped working on version 7. Version 6.3.22 worked fine, with both plugins enabled and working at the same time.

    Can you help with this incompatibility?

    Good detective work. I installed https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/ on a test site just now but unfortunately I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. Live Traffic works fine for me with that plugin.

    I see that a new version of that plugin was released 17 hours ago, so that’s the one I would have been using now. Any chance updating to the most recent version of Product Feed PRO resolves the issue?

    Another theory might be that you’ve had some things cached that shouldn’t be cached, but then you shouldn’t have been able to reproduce the issue on the staging site (things shouldn’t have been cached there I presume?).
