Live traffic is now unspecified

    I just built a new wordpress site and added wordfence. On my old site, the “Live Traffic” page of wordfence showed the country of origin of each IP. My new site just lists “unspecified” as the country.

    Has this feature been removed? Is this a bug?

    Hi @ocglimited,

    There might be a problem with communication to/from our servers to your site, which could cause issues with the IP location detection.? Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
