  • Hi CB,
You can exclude this username from the Live Traffic feed, by using Advanced Filters as illustrated in this screenshot.

    Thanks.

I’ve tried it. I get a page with no results and the message: “No requests to report yet.”

    Hi @wfalaa,
This is a screenshot of what I get.
    Thank you,
    CB

Are all the entries in your website’s Live Traffic feed are associated with this username only?
You should note that Live Traffic feed records only the number of rows defined in “Amount of Live Traffic data to store” under (Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic > Live Traffic Options).

    Thanks.

    Hi, @wfalaa

I normally have hundreds of entries in Live Traffic by dozens of different sources, including bots like Google, MSN, Bing etc, Uptimerobot, GTMetrix, plus the regular traffic both organic and paid.

My Amount of Live Traffic data to store is set to 5000.
Since yesterday, the behavior changed when I use the suggested filter.

It used to show a blank page with the msg, as in the screenshot provided.

Today, I see entries that log my activities as well as those of another username (I only have two other usernames besides myself, both for support teams who operate from different countries.)

The only thing that changed in my website config was that I disabled a couple hours ago both opcache and memcached, as suggested by my host support to fix an unrelated 520 error issue (I have no idea whether these opcache/memcached settings could have any impact on Wordfence).

    Thanks,
    CB

Here is the screenshot for today’s Live Traffic with that filter on.
It’s as if Wordfence would not show anything until today, then it started to show all usernames with admin access, instead of showing all hits not my_username.

    Hi @cbrandt
Sorry for my late reply, I’ve double checked that username exclusion feature is working fine, could you please recheck this issue with the latest version of Wordfence installed? to minimize the possibility of plugin conflicts, you can -temporarily- disable other installed plugins and re-check this issue.

Let me know how it goes,
    Thanks.
