Live Writer Cannot Detect Weblog Style

Live Writer cannot detect my weblog style. I am running WP 2.6.3 with a customized bradford magazine theme. https://www.nihonsun.com
When I posted via Live Writer it also seemed to ignore the feedburner flare feed code and it doesn’t show up in the post pages. e.g. https://www.nihonsun.com/2008/10/30/ishidoro-in-kasai-rinkai-koen-park/
I can see the code but it doesn’t work. I suspect it is because the style is not being properly detected by Live Writer so I would like to resolve that issue first and see if it solves the other issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
