LiveChat icon in front of sensible area

Hi, i have a problem with .wp-live-chat-header icon that overlap the site.
In some cases (e.g. homepage) the icon appears in front of a sensible area (linked to another page) so when I click on Livechat icon, I open the livechat popup but at the same time I open also the page linked behind the sensible area.

I tried to use CSS below without success:

z-index: 99999999 !important;
}
.wp-live-chat-wraper {
z-index: 99999999 !important;
}
