LiveOptim SEO plugin urgent help/advice needed

    Hi there,
    I cant get a response from Live optim so am hoping for some luck here. So I installed the plugin and love it but after 24hrs or so my site has ground to such a slow pace google page speed test times out. I need to fix it urgently so if anyone has any ideas? I was unsure if maybe it wasnt compatible with latest wp but apparently it is. Any help would be great

    hello with the free version if you have a big board it is instaled a cache plugin and use for each change liveoptim it will empty the cache
