    Hey everyone,

I have placed a free delivery from 50€ of purchase, with the option checked concerning the non-taking into account of the promotional codes in the calculation of the free delivery.

However, if I put in my cart a sub-total = 50€ and apply a promotional code of -10% or 5€ the final total goes to 45€ (normal) but I lose the free shipping.
Apply minimum order before discount with coupon code

The woocommerce > setting > Shipping > Free shipping > coupon code before doesn’t work

I tried to check and uncheck the option to apply free shipping before the discount (coupon code) but whether I enable or disable this option I see no difference.

not working I tried in the transport area to select the option: minimum OR coupon. Then activate or not the coupon as a coupon offering transport.
If I activate the transport offered, the coupon applies the transport offered on a product lower than 50€ which causes me problems.

I would like to apply 10% discount on my entire site (at the cart level) but keep the fact of offering delivery from 50€.

At the moment, if I apply the promotional code (testpromo) it activates the discount (50€ – 5€ (10%) = 45€) and it activates the delivery fees.

    Hello,

Thanks for writing back and sharing the screenshots and the detailed information!

I recreated the context with my local WooCommerce install, and it’s working as expected – please check the video below.

Something else on your site might be conflicting with this feature. I would suggest you perform a full conflict test. To perform tests without affecting your live site, you can use a staging site (your host might have that feature, but you can create it with WP Staging as an alternative).

Then, set your staging site’s theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and check if the issue persists.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

I would like to thank you for giving me your precious time.
I have taken note of your advice and developed a test mirror site.

I have removed everything and reinstall the plugins one by one.

for the moment, WordPress + WooCommerce (and the information stored in memory) allowed me like you to test the functionality of coupon and it works perfectly.

I just must add the plugins one by one to find the one that is the problem.

once identified I come here to share the information.

    thanking you

    Hello again,

I think I have completed and passed my tests if any of you can try.

    Go to: https://jnft-cbd.re/
put in the basket an item at 50€.

In the basket, enter the promotion code: nello

If you see 50€ -5€ and free shipping and the final total at 45€ it’s good.

So now, the solution of the problem:

    1) I have created a test mirror site.
    2) I removed all plugins, all pages and articles.
    3) I then re-installed them all one by one.
…. (I make it go to the essential because everything works perfectly)

The mirror site was working with everything reinstalled, configured identically and with DIVI and the same theme.

Not understanding, I looked for what I had done on one side and not on the other.

I came to the conclusion to make it on WooCommerce > Status > Tools

Then I pressed all the buttons on the right line by line including one that I think solved the problem.

I thank you for your time and remain available to exchange with you.
    Thank you.
