Odd, I’m able to acceess your XML file fine Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc)

Do you perhaps have a plugin where it stops certain users from accessing your URL? You can also check this with your host if it’s on a server level.

I suggest trying the following

• Duplicate the feed or create a new feed
• Disable all plugins leaving only Woocommerce and Product Feed with a clean storefront theme
• Check for any securities on your site that may be blocking tiktok from accessing the XML feed URL
