load gallery from another page into the lightbox

I have a page of single featured images. When clicked I need them to launch their respective galleries which I’ve set up on each page. Is it possible to load a gallery from another page into your lightbox … Ideally I don;t want to load all the galleries on page load … just load them when needed. I’ve been searching online for this for days now. I’ve used your script in the past and it works really well.
