Load header once

    I have a header that I have inserted a flash movie into – however each time you navigate to a new page the entire page reloads and because I have music in the header I am looking to find out if it is possible to have the header not reload when navigating the site?

    Is there anyway to do this?

    I am not an expert with flash, but in html there are only two ways:

    Use frames (header in another frame, reload just the other frame.

    Web2.0 use active scripting to reload only parts of the page (very difficult)

    so using a frame to contain the header would be the only way of doing this?

    If so – do you know how I would go about putting the header.php in it’s own frame?

    Yes, any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Im having the same problem at my own site Im setting up right now. https://www.chewyboy.com. The flash header reloads whenever you switch pages. How can I put each part in a seperate frame? Thanks.
