• Hi guys. Extremely EXTREMELY new to wordpress and site design, but otherwise technically competent. So here’s my conundrum:

I’m using the Highend WP theme, and on one page I have an Essential Grids box with 4 images. Each image links to the page for that item. The page for each item has its OWN essential grid with multiple images of the item. What’d I’d like to do is have the master Ess Grid on the product main page load lightboxes containing the images of the specific item the lightbox was opened from. Does that make sense? An example for those who can’t follow my poor writing:

PRODUCT PAGE contains an ESS GRID with one image each of ITEM 1, ITEM 2, ITEM 3, ITEM 4. Clicking the view button on any of the items yields a lightbox which scrolls through those same pictures. Clicking the link on them sends you to the ITEM # PAGE for the corresponding item. On ITEM 1 PAGE there are ITEM 1 PICTURES 1, 2, 3, and 4 in a different ess grid. How do I get the ESS GRID on PRODUCT PAGE to show a lightbox of ITEM 1 PICTURES 1, 2, 3, and 4 when I click on the view button for ITEM 1?

Since Essential Grid is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
