Load More Button

Hi, when I want to load more posts, I only get the same posts as already loaded.

I’m using Construct Theme. In the theme forum support they told me I have to enable permalinks. I do it, and work for a while, but now the problem returns and the permalinks solution doesn’t work anymore. Any help?
