load more button

    Hi there,

    I would love to be able to change the text on the ‘load more’ button into the Dutch language.

    Of course I could change this in the pagination.php file of the plugin, but as soon as you update the plugin, this change will be lost.

    Is there any other way to do this, without losing the change in an update?

    Hint: nice feature for a Pro version of the plugin?

    Hi straccia,

    Many many thank you for using YotuWP and suggestion features. I will consider to make Pro version. But I really want to give free values for people firstly.

    About change the text, you just create folder /yotu/ in your current theme then copy the template files from plugin to /yotu/ folder and modify it.
    Notice: please keep same variable for using.

    Do you mean:

    wp-content/themes/childtheme-name/yotu/pagination.php -> there is the ‘load more’ text

    or themes/childtheme-name/yotu/templates/pagination.php

    or something else?

    Unfortunately this doesn’t work…

    In the pagination.php file, I’ve replaced the ‘Load more’ text by ‘Toon meer’, as you can see here: https://cl.ly/393m3A1H3u2B

    Then I’ve uploaded the pagination.php file in the way you described, as you can see here:

    But still the button says: ‘load more’…

    What am I doing wrong here?

    Hi there,

    So as I mentioned in the message above this one, I still didn’t manage to get it working. But I found another solution.

    A friend told me about this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/

    And this one helped me to get the result that I wanted.

    Further I noticed that you’ve improved the plugin at some points. Awesome work, so thanks again!
