    Hi Stephen,
    I’ve been using your events manager along with the posterboard free plugin and still think is the best solution for events ?? but…

    Since we start using the posterboard plugin I always have issues with overlapping events, (mystery still need to sort out), but after one the last WP updates, not sure when exactly happened (theme hasn’t been updated for about 3 months) when it loads the second batch of events (11th to 20th) the load more button falls under the last event, and visitors can’t load more event in mobile version. Tested on Android and iPhone. As per the other overlapping issues when you reload the page the script works fine.

    Hi David,

    Sorry, I’ve been busy recently – this bug has been fixed (locally), and someone else posted a PR (which you’ve just reminded me of). The problem related to images, despite imagesLoaded was loaded, it wasn’t waiting for images to load before rendering the posterboard.

    As such the posterboard can be rendered (and the appropriate sizes/positioning calculated) before images are rendered. When they are, those calculations become incorrect and so you end up with overlapping elements.

    That this is happens sporadically is probably due to browser cache.

    Thanks Stephen,

    I managed to force a bigger top margin for the load more button, It will work as a temporary fix for desktop, not reliable though as soon as the event length change I’ll have to adjust accordingly, but at least works for mobile.

    Hi Stephen,

    The update works like a charm (2.0 and 2.0.1), I reverted all css temporary fixes and it works wonderful no more overlapped events or hidden load more button :).
