Load More Button and Bio Not Working For Me

    Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but I can’t get the Twitter bio to show up. Both “Show Header” and “Show Bio” is checked on the admin side. The header text, profile image and follow link show, but no bio.

    Also, the “Load More” button doesn’t appear to work. Nothing happens when I click on the button. When I look at the code, the link is javascript:void(0);, which seems wrong.

    I’m using version 1.8.2 of the free edition of Custom Twitter Feeds with WordPress 5.4.6 Multisite. The plugin is not network activated, but used on a site-by-site basis.

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. The load more button with javascript:void is correct, it is not an outbound link and uses JavaScript to load more posts. For us to look into this, we would need to take a look at the site in question. If possible, you can post the link here. It would also be beneficial if you can send a separate support request using our support form here. When doing so please also send the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab as this will help us troubleshoot the issue.

    Hey @dcarrol2, and any visiting user.

    Thank you for sending that over. I am posting here as well for any visitors finding this going forward. We are looking over a potential issue in the plugin itself when it comes to the Bio not showing in the header. As for the issue with the Load More button, an unrelated JavaScript error on the page caused our plugin to not initialize correctly. In this case, it was solved by enabling the Are you using an AJAX powered theme? option under Twitter Feeds > Customize.
