“Load more” Button deactivates image product link in gallery product wid

    Hello everyone, we have a problem with the “Woo grid/slider/carousel” widget.
    When we view the list of products on the web, we can see that it is possible to click on both the product image and the text to see the product page.
    But when we click on the “load more” button (in this case it is the “+” symbol) in the product list, we can still click on the text,<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”> but the link in the image is disabled.</span>

    I don’t know if there is a solution for this, I hope you can help us.

    Hello egocrea,

    I’ve found that you are using wp optimize plugin, you can exclude our javascript from processing, clear cache if no result:

    Hello egocrea,

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
