Load more posts with AJAX

HI there,

I am building a website at the moment and I am trying to load 6 posts on the home page with a click to load more button to load 6 more.

I have followed this tutorial https://www.sanwebe.com/2013/03/loading-more-results-from-database without any luck.

At the moment, when I load the page, the posts appear briefly before disappearing and when inspecting the click to load more posts button in Firebug, nothing is happening.

PLEASE HELP!
