Load of missing products

    Hi
    we have been using this plugin for a while with no issues…
    However, over the last 3-4 weeks we have noticed that a number of our products were not appearing on google etc.
    upon investigating they are not showing on the product feed.

    System status shows the plugin working-

    System check	Status
WP-Cron enabled	True
PHP-version	True (7.4)
Product feed directory writable	True
Product feed XML directory writable	True
Product feed CSV directory writable	True
Product feed TXT directory writable	Unknown
Product feed TSV directory writable	Uknown
Product feed LOGS directory writable	True

    In regards to checks….
    The “Include product variations” feature has been disabled;
    we do not have variations – only simple products
    The “Only include default product variation” has been enabled;
    only using simple products
    The default item_group_id field mapping has been removed;
    Showing as correct
    G:item_group_id item group ID
    Created filters;
    no filters have been created
    WP-cron has been disabled or is broken;
    as shown on system status – from is so working
    Caching plugins block updates or creation of product feeds;
    non active – as tried to manually refresh the feed
    still missing products
    You removed products based on total sales or time-range.
    no filter active

    Please advise how I can get all my products onto the datafeed

    sorry to be a pain, but still not received it….and nothing in spam folders

    i am getting the replies posted to this thread – from www.ads-software.com forums.
    but not getting any other emails.

    the last direct email i received from yourself was on Monday -this showing that the the plug in was showing 4023 products….

    i replied on monday – asking if the plugin was showing this many product – why was the export file not showing them all

    i have also added [email protected] to the safe senders list

    I’ll just answer here.

    This is what we are seeing when uploading your feed to our Google Merchant Center:

    As you can see it finds all 4023 products, however it is removing products from your feed as products are “too long / too big”. When checking the example products it gave it turns out that your product descriptions are really long, it can’t be longer than 5000 characters. The product description for, for example product TND-41809, is over 18.000 characters. I suggest you either shorten your product descriptions or change the field mapping for the g:description field to another attribute that contains shorter values.
