Load on Scroll Issue

I have setup your plugin to load Disqus on scroll with shortcodes enabled. The problem is upon page refresh sometimes the comments load and sometimes they don’t. Here is an example.

I’m using W3Total Cache so maybe this is causing issues however I need to use this caching system.
