I can not check from here without getting this plugin is active. Could you please activate it? Or if you can’t activate it for long time please check error console for jQuery error, using Fire Bug tool and provide a screenshot.

Now I can see Disqus comments are working on scroll. Do you have above mentioned file active? Or does the issue fixed? Let me know if you need help.
