Load schemes from book a place plugin on a particular user role

Hey, Superb Plugin. Just a couple of issues I am using this plugin called book a place
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/book-a-place/This particular plugin has something known as schemes which allows you to view the seat layouts etc. So now I have created a user called vendor where people can go an book a seat. So how do I add this particular setting of the book a place plugin and also give some internal permissions to the same in the vendor dashboard.
Would be grateful for your help.
