load-scripts.php error

Hi All,

I keep getting the following error reports once i log into my wordpress:

The user interface is very distorted and not like the normal clean, tidy view (pls see here: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/7037179/wordpresserror.png)

Any idea why this is happening?
