Load time and header image responsiveness

  • Hello, my site LASnark.com has been loading very slowly lately, though possibly before the switch to TwentyThirteen. I was hoping someone here might be able to provide some tips on how to fix the load time. It’s up to 16 seconds for Chrome which is crazy.

    Also another issue I’m looking at is the the header image. It’s a large image and it doesn’t fit into the frame on a smartphone. Wondering if there’s a quick tag I can throw in there.
