Load time problem for my new blog

  • Hey guys I’ve created a skin care beauty blog that I’m pretty proud of. The only problem is the load time is usually really high. The website does have a lot of design elements but I think it’s something else.

    How can I cut down my load time besides shrinking my image sizes?

  • The load time was not too bad for me…

    The only things that effect load time is how much content you have, your computer, your internet and the server you have your web page on.

    It might be your server, but the load time was pretty good for me 1-3 seconds.

    When I first arrived at your site, the ‘No Script’ Firefox extension had your “jd gallery with arrows” blocked and the site loaded almost instantly. I set ‘No Script’ to “permit”, left the site and returned and it took a couple of additional seconds to load. Still pretty quick.
    Very nice site too.
