  • This plugin is pretty broken with the last update.

    For you – white screen usually means the last plugin you installed didn’t work/causing errors, etc. Best bet is to just login via FTP, create a new folder called plugins-disabled, move the plugin in to that and you’ll be able to log back in.

    Good luck!

    Hi @emhardiegrant

    Can you please provide the error you receive. To check the error, you can turn on the PHP Debug mode by changing define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); to define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); in wp-config.php file.

    Thanks, I’ll try this.

    Hi I am getting the same error the debug came up with

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function Nette\Utils\mb_strtoupper() in /home/phillip1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-subscribe/libs/Nette/Nette.min.php on line 7191

    if you –enable-mbstring in the php.ini it seems to work alight.

    @emhardiegrant,

    did the above tweak solved the problem for you?

    I have faced the same problem.
    Don’t worry, you just login your cPanel and delete the plugin from the file manager>>wp-content>>plugins.
    Thats it… ??
