Loading AMP takes 10+ seconds

Updated to 0.9.97.47 and I get these long load times:

Webpagetest: https://www.screencast.com/t/KJwJQvZ0KFLIt actually went up to 40 seconds (https://www.screencast.com/t/dyXcqmDUH) yesterday and weirdly enough, disabling Cloudflare integration reduced it to 10-12 seconds load time. It definitely wasn’t this slow. The AMP site would usually load in 2-3 seconds before.
