Loading error

Please follow the next steps before to identify the issue further:

• Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & BuddyPress (12 version).
• Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
• If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
• Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
• On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

Even deactivating all plugins and leaving only BuddyPress and Youzify active, the problem continues.

I checked the logs and there is no indicator of what it could be, it just keeps loading and doesn’t open the user profile.

In the debug only the error below was found

In some cases it is not even creating the user profile as in the image below.

In other situations, it just keeps loading the page and doesn’t open anything. Like the image below.

I’ve already updated wordpress and the plugins, even deactivating all the plugins and leaving only Yozify the error persists, it also happens that I can’t update the profile data.

1. Please make sure you do not install “BP Classic” plugin
2. Please go to Settings >> Permalinks >> Make sure to select “Posts” instead of “Custom Structure”, and then click save.
3. Make sure to disable all non BP and Youzify plugin and switch your theme to default WP Theme.
