Are you using widget or shortcode?

Thanks for getting back to me. Turns out to have been user error on my part, although different errors in the widget (css) and the shortcode on the other site (passing options, I think).

I have the loading ghost issuing on the desktop version of my website – https://iamjaynedoe.com/wordpress/ It displays on chrome and firefox. It does not display on the mobile version. I am using shortcode. Is there a different css for shortcode to disable the loading animation I can try?
