Loading Icon | Add New Fields

    Hi.
    I’m currently using your free version, and am seriously considering an upgrade. Pre-sales questions:

    1) When a user is logged in and accesses the ticket system for the first time, they see the “Title” field, “Message” field, below that, the “loading icon” spins indefinitely, and below that is “Reply.” The system is working great–emails work, etc. Is the loading icon supposed to spin until they submit their ticket, because it goes away once they either submit a ticket, or “Cancel” the reply area. After submitting a ticket, the load indicator is gone, everything looks good, until there’s a refresh. This is happening in both FF and Chrome.

    2) Is there a way to add extra fields to the ticket? So, I would like to add a field for, say “First Name,” “Last Name,” etc. along with the default fields. Is this possible?

    1) that would indicate a javascript conflict with either the theme or another plugin. The loading icon should be hidden.

    2) Yes, take a look at the current free version, it allows full extra fields of virtually any type.
