Loading Icon Only

I inserted the [tribulant_slideshow gallery_id=”1″] shortcode into my gallery page but all I get is a loading icon.

I’m using the TwentyEleven theme. I’ve tried the other three suggestions: inserting <raw></raw> about the shortcode, ensuring wp_header() and wp_footer() are in their respective files, as well as changing the slide show config to use the footer.

Any other thoughts?
