Loading icon wont disappear even after sending.

  • We have different sites with different themes but the problem is the same. When we upgraded cf7 to version 5.4 all of our sites have been experiencing a bug where the loading icon wont disappear after the form is sent but when we switch themes to twentytwentyone, it fixed.

    Please mention the themes/sites you are using as the themes or other plugins may be conflicting with the CF7 plugin.

    Most of our clients(more than 10) are using Flatsome theme and the others are using Nayma theme. We tried to deactivate all of the plugins except for cf7 but the problem still persist.

    @jainilnagar we are experiencing the same issue on Flatsome and Nayma theme as well. Across several different clients. The only solution we had was to roll back to previous version of contact 7 form.

    There’s still no latest update from both ContactForm7 plugin and the Theme.

    The latest version of ContactForm7 is still version 5.4. I even tried updating to 5.4 again and the issue still persists.

    So I rolled back again to version 5.3.2

    And this is not yet fixed.
