Loading issue

Hi,

I am using wordpress and customize buddypress for my company website.we are just using this sites for company social networking and chatting.

we are hosted this site to godaddy windows server. sometimes loading time will take more. but some times it will load speedy. what the reason? can you please help me? some times it will show like this ” Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\hosting\7401053\html\bb\wp-content\plugins\buddypress\bp-core\bp-core-catchuri.php on line 14″
