    Hi there,

We’re having issues with Analytical data loading in particular on the page Analytics > Categories as seen here; https://prnt.sc/vd7iw5. I have checked for JS Errors and our Logs at the server level and there is nothing pointing out to the problem.

Is there anything you’re able to recommend?

    Cheers, Connor

    Hey @connor234 ,

I noticed there are several updates pending on your site. Can you confirm the following?

    • WooCommerce is running the most current version
    • If you have WooCommerce Admin installed, it’s also up to date
    • That there isn’t a WooCommerce database version mismatch (details below)

If that’s all good, try going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clicking the Clear button next to Clear analytics cache.

Hopefully, that gets it working. If not, you may need to run a full conflict test to see if another plugin or your theme is interfering with the operation of that report.

    WooCommerce Database Update

The database is updated with each version of WooCommerce, and if there’s a mismatch, it can affect the reporting and other things. You can check for a mismatch under WooCommerce > Status > System Status. The WooCommerce version will be in the top (WordPress environment) section:

And the WooCommerce database version will be further down in the Database section:

If those two numbers don’t match, you will need to perform a database update. There should be a data update notice on your main WordPress dashboard page.

Ensure you have a current backup in place and click the Update WooCommerce Database button, or go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database and click the Update button on the right.

The update process will start: WooCommerce Updating admin banner notice

    • View progress will take you to the Scheduled Actions section and show the Pending actions for the update

Once it is completed, the next time you view an admin page you will see the dismissable update complete banner: WooCommerce Database Update complete admin banner

Let us know how that goes!
