Loading issues after upgrade from 2.7 to 2.8

  • Hi,

    after upgrading from 2.7 to 2.8 my blog sometimes doesn’t load or just doesn’t show any articles on the index pages after about 80s of loading.
    I contacted my hoster because I thought one of their servers is overloaded, but they told me that my SQL queries were too long and gave me this log part:

    | 21039152 | wordpress | Sleep | 56
    | 21039223 | wordpress | Sleep | 42

    I only have about 70 articles so far and less than 300 comments, so is there anything I can do to fix this?

    The error I get when the index page just doesn’t show any pages after loading for more than a minute is ” Sorry, no posts matched your criteria. “.

    Noone? I mean… this is a really annoying bug since the upgrade to 2.8, my site is only reachable to 50% of the tries. My CyStats have dropped even more since then!
