• After my themes latest update (Javo Directory V2.0) the MapsMarker map is not working and i get the “loading map – please wait…”
    I checked that there is the wp_footer();
I tried the “Where to insert Javascript files on frontend?” under Misc / General settings to “header (+inline javascript)”.

Is there any other that i could check?
My theme’s support cannot help me with that.

    Thank you

strange. can you please try disabling all other plugins to verify if there is an (unknown) plugin conflict? if it works then, please re-enable all other plugins one-by-one to find the one causing this issue…

Unfortunately i have tried this but the problem is not a plugin conflict is the new version of my theme. On the previous version of the Javo Directory theme i use, the maps were working great. I can’t find out what might changed that caused the plug-in problem.

Have you tried to pro version? Perhaps the issue is not occuring there…
if it is also available, I would need the theme as zip file for debugging so that I can have a quick look… (if you happened to have the old working one too, that could also help)

    Hello Robert,

did you find out what caused the problem with the Directory Theme?

no, as this is a premium theme – please check again my last reply…

I have sent you in your FB account the 2 templates. The one that worked and the new version that the plugin didn’t worked.

    Thank you

sorry, but didnt receive any messages…

    Hi,
I took a look but I am sorry I could not find a workaround for the theme incompatibility introduced with their new version – the theme is very complex and using its own google map javascript code which is likely to interfere with my plugin. I′d suggest talking to the theme developers again to find a solution.
Sorry for not being able to help more here.
    best,
    Robert
