loading of plugin is very slow

    The loading of the plugin is very slow for me.
    Even the commonly used pages (eg: listing of serial numbers and edit/saving of a serial number) are painfully slow.
    Does anyone has any similar experience?

    I’m using PRO (Version 1.0.6).

    You are using the latest premium version. We are sure that you are using the latest version of both our plugins. You are the first person to share this experience with us. What is your number of rows per page? Please try a fresh install of both versions of WooCommerce Serial Numbers. Please let us know what happens. Thank you.

    the non PRO version is 1.0.8.
    there’s no update prompt in either PRO or non-PRO plugin, so I assume they are all at the latest.
    I only have 26 items (serial #s).

    A fresh install would delete all my serial #s, no?

    Hi @cjlim,
    Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin does not remove your licenses as it does not mess with the database. Still, you should export your existing items so that you can import them later if anything unwanted happens. Thank you.

    Hi,
    tried the reinstalling but it doesn’t solve the slow loading speed.
    in fact, even without the PRO plugin, it’s already slow.

    Please advise next step.
