Loading plugins in custom-made themes

    Hi, I have a problem loading plugins on my website, I have done the theme from the scratch butt when I load some plugins that include jquery, it doesn′t load and I don′t know why.

    What do I have to do to make my theme run a plugin??

    My theme has not any jquery script anywhere, only the ones that are included on the plugins.
