Loading Post-Types doesn't work after migrate installation

  • Hello,

    i have a problem with my plugin “Types”. I can’t see my custom-types but i can see the custom fields.

    I have a copy of my local installation on the internet. I did it with the plugin “Duplicator”.

    I get the following messages:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /pages/26/d3/d0010534/home/htdocs/gallery-fotobluebox/wp-content/plugins/types/embedded/includes/custom-types.php on line 298

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /pages/26/d3/d0010534/home/htdocs/gallery-fotobluebox/wp-content/plugins/types/embedded/classes/class.wpcf-post-types.php on line 116

    I analyze that and know now that the failure is in method “get_option”, when loading the option “wpcf-custom-types”. I debuged it, it returns false, but only after applying the filter in the method “get_option”. The value can be loaded is the same as in my local installation (I compared them with WinMerge).

    What can I do?

  • Hello Dominik,
    I’m sorry for your trouble, but this might by caused by a number of issues (also) outside Types, for example by other plugin or some problem with database caused during the migration. It might be useful to debug the actual filter applied in get_option and find out which part of your site is causing the value to change.

    Hey Jan,

    the error is still there if i deactivate the other plugins.
    The collation of database and table is the same.

    I see… Please try our forum I linked above (especially if you have paid Toolset account). I’d love to help, but unfortunately we don’t have the resources to handle complex issues here.

    Hey Jan,

    I solved my issue!!! ??

    I didn’t know about the Import / Export-functionality.
    I have imported the .xml of my working copy and now it works fine ??
