Loading Process stuck

  • I’ve installed and configured properly – had confirmation of this from google drive. When I perform an on-time back-up, keep getting “Please wait.. Process Loading…”, nothing else is happening.

    What’s the problem with this. I don’t want to upgrade to WordPress 3.9 until I’ve taken a backup of files using your plugin.

    Can you fix please?
