    Hello,

I’m hoping you can give me some insight.

I have a one slide picture background and four text elements. That is all.
I have cropped and compressed the image.

I tried changing background to white, black, transparent. I made the z index for the elements (which overlap)1 for bottom element and 4 for last to load element.

It looks like an additional picture is trying to load at the same time in the background…like a shadow in the bottom right corner…then snap..it loads…but it doesn’t look professional.

Can you have a look please?

    I’ve sorted it! It’s a background thing.

I’m curious, is it possible to have 1 slide remain constant while only the text slides in and out? Haven’t figured that out yet…

Sorry..not resolved. I can’t get it to load properly whether I use a background image or if I add an image…there is still issues between slides or loading issues.

Also when I add background: rgba(225, 225, 225, .8) to my text element it looks great on back end! But it shows no customization at all on front end. Why does this not work on front end?

Hi, now I can see the problem (apparently it appears only on my laptop…). Anyway, the problem should be the black rectangle that has “width: 50%” in its custom css. Please, avoid using it. Instead you can use padding. Also, you must specify the dimension in pixels. It will automatically be scaled from the plugin.
