Hey! So when I first installed the plugin about an hour I didn’t have any issued, translated a few pages to Spanish – I left and came back and now I am getting “Loading String…. (indefinitely)” and the JS errors below.

I’ve tried some debugging based on other users support topics related to WPEngine and added define( ‘WPE_GOVERNOR’, false ); to the wp-config file.

I am at a loss. Please help!

    THANK YOU.

  • Hello,

We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.

?Do you have an HTTPS/SSL plugin? If so, deactivate it, visit WordPress → Settings → General, make sure the home url and site url have HTTPS in them -→ save -→ then reactivate the HTTPS/SSL plugin.

Also, please re-save permalinks and see if that helps.

    Kind regards,
