Loading style.css seems to be a problem

Hi,

My site is https://www.schalling.se

I’ve tested in GTmetrix alot, and found out that it takes a long time to load the style.css file.

Here is the results from gtmetrix, and if you’re looking in the waterfall chart, you can see that style.css takes 3.81 sec to load. It’s also red in the waterfall chart, what does that mean?

Does anyone know why? is there any way to fix this?
