Loading taking too much time

    Hi,
    Fedex Rates are perfectly Displaying but i am facing one issue, on checkout/cart page when i enter my address or country, zip code, Spinner/loader taking too much time to show results (almost 35 to 45 seconds). i disable your plugin then other shipping methods showing fastly

    i checked my website on local and server, i have same issue on both places

  • Hi Mohsin,

    Can you please make sure that you do not enable all the services. Just enable only those services which are required for example, you can try with only enabling Ground and 2Day.

    If you enable all services, FedEx API is triggered with requests for each of these services. Hence it is always advisable to reduce unnecessary services.

    Can you please confirm this to us after making the change?
