Loading the Form at the bottom of the posts

Hello Optin Cat.
I have been using your form for the past few months and it is awesome. I had updated to the latest version recently and the plugin load order in my website has changed. Previously Ads were injected above the optin form but now it is injected below the form. How to make it to load above the optin form. I use ad injection plugin.Thanks & Regards
