Will it speed up the checkout process if you disable all plugins and leave only WooCommerce core enabled and double your memory limit to 512MB? Here’s how to increase the WordPress Memory Limit.

Regarding the MU (Must Use) plugin below:

Endurance Page Cache: by Mike Hansen – 2.2

Make sure it’s not caching your checkout page. Check that with your host – you’ll find more info on which pages need to be excluded from the cache here.

Additionally, you may want to take a look at the WooCommerce logs to see if there is any indication of the culprit there. The logs can be found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thanks for the Loom video. I can see that you disabled all plugins except WooCommerce but the issue still persists. Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and see if that works?
