Loading Wheel doesn’t resolve

The loading wheel that displays while something loads never resolve. When I click any file the wheel continues until I close out of my window. I’ve tried clearing database cache/page cache, nothing worked. I just started noticing this when I upgraded to premium. Can you explain why this may be happening?
