Loads forever on submission

  • Just wanted to note that NONE of the dozens of help topics across the web helped me. In the end I found that disabling “Contact Form DB” plugin fixed the problem, and I replaced it with another plugin of same functionality. Just posting in case anyone else struggles with the same thing in the future.

    Thanks @earth_human I had the spinning wheel upon submission, updated all plugins and themes, still have spinning wheel, searched the web for solution, found yours and tried it, now I get error message “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

    Plugin developer, please advise.

    Best of luck to you! After some copy/paste answers from the dev team on my thread they vanished entirely. Better off just digging through the web and grinding away by trial and error because this plugin has no log file to indicate the real problem.

    wow, ok, looks like I will have to use a different contact form plugin, probably WP Forms.
