First, let me clear that it would be harmless even if it appear.

I understand we need to serve only where it matters i.e, Single Post. Exactly, that’s how we do.

Could you please disable a few things one-by-one and see if it helps?

1. Disable LS cache, check again.
2. Disable Rocket Loader, check again.

I have Disabled LS cache & Rocket Loader, yet the issue persists, I have installed Forget Spam Comment plugin on another site without clouflare cache and ls cache ( https://rathodsias[dot]com/ ) same issue is seen.

I also see “comment-reply-js” file is loading at homepage which plugin doesn’t do. It comes from WordPress side normally at post where comment being open. This file is used for allowing user make threaded reply.

Test- 1
Could you please deactivate the plugin for a moment and check if “comment-reply-js” goes away or not? If doesn’t. You need to check with Theme author.

Test -2
Next, please switch once to another theme such as GeneratePress and check again.

I have deactivated Forget Spam Comment and seen, comment-reply-js still exists. but the first site i mentioned https://vets[dot]petyaari[dot]com/ doesn’t load comment-reply-js, yet similar issue exists. this states comment-reply-js is not an issue and comment-reply-js is an autogenerated file.

I installed LS cache, Twenty Twenty-One theme and Forget Spam Comment. There is no issues at my end.
