Local Child theme breaking

I’m putting together a local hosted site using MAMP. I got it working up until starting a child theme. I used the following style sheet`/*

See any problems? I’m basically getting an un-styled page.

The Child Theme is in a folder wp-content–>themes –> Art Build Creative… you know, where it should be. I feel like I’m missing something bone-headed.
