Local custom font does not display as expected in Elementor

I have set various local custom fonts within elementor instead of using google fonts.

For example, ROBOTO CONDENSED usually has the BOLD characters together, however after downloading the font using these instructions:

The font displayed does not look as Roboto Condensed. everything is configured correctly I checked and this happens with various fonts.

You can see my HOME web page https://www.gourmetnoir.com and the first text you see is:
ARTISAN GOURMET PRODUCTS, however it is not displayed as ROBOTO CONDENSED. More like ROBOTO regular bold it seem to be displayed when it should not.

Settings in ELEMENTOR to use elementor fonts are set as disabled “Checking…”
So it means it is picking up the fonts from the theme.

I am using Astra theme (CHILD theme).

Any suggestions?
